Glenn’s Story

Glenn came to the Dream Center after he exited prison. He came into the shelter with maturity and a desire to successfully integrate back into society. His calmness, humility and strong desire to succeed was not only a great approach for his plan, it also demonstrated to others an example of what could be. Glenn was a guest of the shelter for only a month or so before he was prepared to move into independent housing. He kept in touch with the shelter staff, and when a staff position at the shelter became available he applied. Today Glenn serves as a shelter staff member helping others as they try to position for positive changes in their life.
